Teotihuacan- An ancient city in the Central Mexican basin that features some of the largest pyramids in the Americas. The Temple of the Sun, built approx. 1-150 AD features a unique architectural building style called tablud-tablero. In this style of architecture the vertical sides of the pyramid appear to be stacked in levels like a giant multi-layer cake.
